Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Collector Cartel where an item, service or membership is offered as a subscription, membership, pre-order, digital/community access product, or any other purchase option that is not a standard one-off in-stock product.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Subscriptions and Memberships
Collector Cartel may offer subscriptions, memberships, community access, recurring benefits, member-only discounts, store credit, digital access, exclusive access, physical products or other recurring services.
When you purchase a subscription or membership, the benefits, duration, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown at checkout, on the product page, in your account, or in your order confirmation.
Your payment details may be stored securely by our payment provider or subscription provider so that future payments can be taken in accordance with the subscription or membership you selected.
Some subscriptions or memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Managing or Cancelling a Subscription or Membership
You can cancel or manage your subscription or membership at any time using the link in your order confirmation email, through your customer account where available, or by contacting us at:
If you signed up online, we aim to make it possible for you to cancel online or by email without needing to call us.
Cancelling a subscription or membership stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous payments, used benefits, redeemed discounts, accessed digital content, community access already provided, or physical items already dispatched, unless required by law or agreed by us.
Please cancel before your next billing date if you do not want the next renewal charge to be taken.
Subscription and Membership Cooling-Off Rights
If you are buying as a consumer online, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you enter into the subscription or membership contract.
If you cancel during this period, your refund may depend on whether any goods, digital content, services, community access, member benefits, discounts, store credit or other benefits have already been provided, accessed, redeemed or used.
Where you have asked us to begin providing services, digital content, community access or membership benefits during the cooling-off period, cancellation rights may be affected where the law allows.
This does not affect your statutory rights if something has been misdescribed, faulty, incorrect or not provided with reasonable care.
Renewals and Future Subscription Rules
Where applicable law requires renewal reminders, cooling-off notices, easier cancellation methods, renewal cancellation rights or other subscription notices, Collector Cartel will provide these in line with the rules that apply at the time.
If a subscription or membership renews automatically after a trial, promotional period, discounted period, or long-term subscription period, you may have additional cancellation or refund rights where applicable law requires this.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that is not yet in stock, not yet released, not yet received by us, or not yet ready to dispatch.
Pre-orders may include comics, graded comics, exclusive items, signed items, remarqued items, sketches, artwork, commissions, merchandise, supplies or other collector products.
Estimated release dates, signing dates, grading dates, fulfilment dates and dispatch dates are estimates only and may change due to publisher delays, supplier delays, creator availability, signing schedules, grading timelines, customs checks, courier delays, product safety checks or other circumstances outside our control.
Payment for Pre-Orders
Depending on the product, we may take full payment, partial payment, a deposit, or no payment at checkout.
If only a deposit or partial payment is taken, the remaining balance may be charged before fulfilment, when the item becomes available, or at another stated point before dispatch.
By placing a pre-order, you authorise us or our payment provider to collect the relevant payment in accordance with the pre-order terms shown at checkout or on the product page.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You can request to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, fulfilled, personalised, signed, remarqued, sketched, commissioned, ordered specifically for you, or otherwise committed beyond the point where cancellation is possible.
If the pre-order has not yet been fulfilled or specially prepared, we will usually cancel and refund it.
If the item has already been dispatched, fulfilled, personalised, signed, remarqued, sketched, commissioned, specially ordered, or otherwise customised for you, cancellation may not be possible except where required by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Personalised, Signed, Remarqued, Sketched or Commissioned Items
Some Collector Cartel products may be personalised, signed, remarqued, sketched, commissioned or otherwise customised at the customer’s request.
Once this work has begun, the item may not be cancellable or returnable for change of mind, unless it is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
This may include buyer-requested signatures, personalisations, remarques, sketches, art commissions, special orders, custom bundles or other products prepared specifically for you.
Digital Products, Community Access and Membership Benefits
Some products may include digital content, digital access, community access, membership benefits, discount access, store credit, downloadable content or online services.
Where digital content, community access, membership benefits or online services begin immediately or during the cooling-off period, cancellation rights may be affected where the law allows.
You may still have rights if the digital content, service or membership benefit is faulty, misdescribed, not provided, or not provided with reasonable care.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union and you purchase eligible goods, services or digital content online, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period usually starts when you or someone nominated by you receives the goods.
For services, digital content, memberships or subscriptions, the 14-day withdrawal period usually starts when the contract is agreed, unless an exception applies.
To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, you can contact us at:
From 19 June 2026, where required by EU law and where Collector Cartel sells to EU consumers through an online interface, customers may also be able to use an electronic withdrawal function made available through the store, customer account, order page, footer link, or other suitable online route.
EU and Northern Ireland Product Safety, Customs and Compliance Checks
Orders shipped to the European Union or Northern Ireland may be subject to additional product safety, traceability, customs, VAT, import and responsible economic operator requirements.
Collector Cartel may delay, cancel, refund or refuse a pre-order, subscription shipment or purchase option order if we cannot confirm that the product can be shipped legally, safely or in compliance with applicable EU, Northern Ireland, customs, product safety, tax or import rules.
This may apply to certain products including, but not limited to, supplies, accessories, toys, display items, electronics, sealed goods, merchandise, newer consumer products and any product that may fall within EU or Northern Ireland product safety rules.
Try Before You Buy
Collector Cartel does not currently offer try before you buy purchases unless this option is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
If we do offer try before you buy in the future, we may authorise your payment method before dispatching the item. You will then have the stated trial period to decide whether to keep or return the item.
If you do not return the item within the stated trial period, or if the item is returned late, damaged, incomplete or not in the required condition, your payment method may be charged in accordance with the terms shown at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
For physical goods, refunds and returns are handled in line with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Where a refund is due, it will usually be made to the original payment method where possible.
Where goods have already been dispatched, we may wait until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back before processing a refund, where the law allows.
