Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases made from Collector Cartel.
We want every order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
30-Day Return Policy
Collector Cartel offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, complete, and in its original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
Comics, graded comics, artwork, supplies, collectibles, exclusive items and related products must be returned securely packaged and protected in transit.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are buying as a consumer online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. You do not need to give a reason.
To cancel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your order.
After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
This 14-day cancellation right applies alongside our 30-day return policy and does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, especially for comics, graded comics, artwork and higher-value collectibles. Collector Cartel cannot be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit due to poor packaging or an uninsured service.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning it so we can advise on the next steps.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be made back to your original payment method where possible.
Where applicable, we will refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery charge paid at checkout. If you selected an upgraded or premium delivery method, we are only required to refund the standard delivery amount.
Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or receiving proof that the item has been sent back.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Memberships, Services and Digital/Community Access
Collector Cartel may offer memberships, community access, digital benefits, discounts, services or member-only benefits.
Where a membership, digital service or community access begins immediately after purchase, cancellation rights may be affected once access or benefits have started, where the law allows.
This does not affect your statutory rights if something has been misdescribed, faulty or provided incorrectly.
Items That Cannot Usually Be Cancelled or Returned for Change of Mind
Some items may be excluded from cancellation or return rights unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. This may include:
Personalised items
Custom commissions
Buyer-requested signatures, remarques, sketches or personalisations
Digital products or digital access once access has begun, where applicable
Membership benefits already accessed or used, where the law allows
Gift cards
Sealed items that have been opened where the law allows an exception
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Sale or Discounted Items
Sale, discounted or promotional items are not automatically excluded from your statutory rights.
