This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Collector Cartel.
We aim to pack and dispatch every order safely, securely and as quickly as possible. Collector Cartel sells comics, graded comics, artwork, supplies, collectibles, exclusive items, memberships and related collector products, so careful packaging is a key part of our service.

Order Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been received.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During busy periods, live events, exclusive drops, pre-orders, holidays or large collection launches, dispatch may take slightly longer. Where an item has a different dispatch window, such as a pre-order, signed item, remarque, commission, exclusive drop or made-to-order product, the expected timeframe will usually be shown on the product page or confirmed separately.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
UK orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the service used.
International orders, including orders sent to the European Union, may take longer depending on the destination country, customs processing and the postal or courier service used.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service has been purchased.
Delivery Services
We may use Royal Mail, tracked postal services, courier services or other suitable delivery providers depending on the size, value and destination of the order.
Higher-value orders, graded comics, artwork, exclusives and fragile items may be sent using tracked, signed-for or insured services at our discretion.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will usually be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
We take care to package collector items securely.
Comics, graded comics, artwork, supplies and collectibles are packed with appropriate protection to help prevent damage in transit. Packaging may include comic mailers, book wraps, cardboard reinforcement, bubble wrap, protective sleeves, boxes or other suitable materials depending on the item.
Please take care when opening your parcel so that you do not damage the contents.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address, order size, order weight, delivery service and value of the items ordered.
If an order qualifies for free shipping, this will be shown at checkout or stated as part of the relevant offer.
UK Shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom.
UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Some remote locations, islands or areas outside standard courier coverage may take longer to deliver.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.
International delivery availability, costs and times may vary depending on the destination, product type, order value and courier restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an international order if we cannot ship it safely, legally, reliably or in compliance with applicable customs, product safety, tax or import rules.
European Union and Northern Ireland Shipping
Orders shipped to the European Union or Northern Ireland may be subject to additional product safety, customs, VAT, import and compliance requirements.
Where required by applicable law, products shipped to the European Union or Northern Ireland may need relevant product safety, traceability or responsible economic operator information.
Collector Cartel may limit, pause, cancel or refund EU or Northern Ireland orders for certain products if the required compliance information, responsible person information, manufacturer information, product documentation, safety information or import requirements cannot be confirmed.
This may apply to certain products, including but not limited to supplies, accessories, toys, display items, electronics, sealed goods, branded merchandise, newer consumer products or any product that may fall within EU or Northern Ireland product safety rules.
Where possible, we will review the order and contact you if there is an issue before dispatch.
EU General Product Safety Regulation
The EU General Product Safety Regulation may apply to certain consumer products placed on the EU or Northern Ireland market.
Where applicable, products may need to be safe for consumer use and may require traceability information, manufacturer details, responsible economic operator details, safety information, warnings, instructions or other documentation.
For collector products, used items, vintage items, graded comics, raw comics, artwork and other collectible goods, requirements may vary depending on the product type, origin, age, condition and whether the item has already been placed on the market.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, refund or delay dispatch of any order where we believe further checks are needed to comply with product safety, customs or import rules.
Customs, Import VAT, Duties and Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, courier handling fees, customs clearance charges or other charges when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These charges are set by the destination country, customs authority, postal operator or courier and are outside our control.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or other import charges due on delivery.
If you refuse to pay customs charges or refuse delivery, the parcel may be returned to us, delayed, abandoned or destroyed by the courier or customs authority. In these cases, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs fees, courier charges or other losses we incur.
Customs Delays
International parcels may be delayed by customs checks, import processing or local delivery issues.
Collector Cartel is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border checks, courier networks, postal disruption, incorrect customer information or events outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Collector Cartel is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, loss or return of an order caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to collect or non-payment of customs charges, we may ask you to pay the cost of re-shipping the order.
Failed Delivery and Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered, the delivery provider may leave a card, send an email, update the tracking or hold the parcel for collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking updates and collect or rearrange delivery where required.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, customs charges were unpaid, or delivery could not be completed, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any courier or customs fees from any refund due.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

We may ask you to allow a reasonable period for the postal or courier service to investigate the delay.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the delivery provider, we will review the order and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement where possible or a refund.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your parcel or item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Photographs of the inner packaging
Photographs of the damaged item
A clear description of the issue
Please keep the packaging until we confirm whether it is needed for a courier claim.
Pre-Orders, Signed Items, Remarques and Commissions
Some items may not ship immediately.
This may include pre-orders, exclusive releases, signed items, remarques, sketches, commissions, live signing items, custom requests or products waiting for creator signing, grading, authentication or fulfilment.
Estimated dispatch dates for these items are not guaranteed and may change due to publisher schedules, creator availability, signing dates, grading timelines, supplier delays, courier delays or other factors outside our control.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order or delayed items, we may hold the order and ship everything together unless we agree otherwise.
Memberships, Digital Access and Community Benefits
Memberships, digital benefits, community access, discount access and similar services may not involve physical shipping.
Where a product does not require shipping, no physical delivery will be made unless a physical item is specifically included as part of the purchase.
Combined Orders
Where possible, we may combine multiple orders being sent to the same customer and address.
Combining orders is at our discretion and may not always be possible.
Delivery Restrictions
Some items may not be available for delivery to all countries or regions.
We may restrict delivery of certain items due to courier limitations, customs rules, import restrictions, product safety requirements, insurance limits, high fraud risk, sanctions rules or other legal or practical reasons.
If we cannot ship your order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, cancel and refund the order.
Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the goods passes in accordance with your statutory rights and applicable consumer law.
We remain responsible for getting the goods to you in accordance with the delivery service purchased, unless the delivery problem is caused by incorrect information supplied by you, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect, unpaid customs charges or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
